✨ Life Made Easy Manifesto ↣ Do You Know Who You Are?
An expansion of the Emulate Christ Manifesto (Post 54), this reflection goes deeper into identity, divine DNA, and what it truly means to be lifted by His grace

Life Made Easy ↣ Do You Know Who You Are?
Intro
Back in Post 54: The Emulate Christ Manifesto, I laid out a declaration — a call to emulate Christ, not just admire Him from afar. That post was both a culmination and a beginning: the foundation of walking with Him in power, not just in form.
Months later, I write again — not to replace the manifesto, but to expand it. Truth is living. Revelation unfolds. And what I share here is the deepening of what it means to walk in His yoke, live His word, and remember who we are.
Identity & Divine DNA
Life Made Easy is more than a phrase — it’s Christ’s promise.
His yoke is infinite power, His burden is light. Where much is given, much is required — yet in Him, even the weight of light becomes joy.
We are lifted when we learn to master the carnal man — subduing base desires, bridling our passions, and yielding to the still small voice. In that surrender, God’s reign rises from within us.
For we are beings of light, with His divine nature — His very DNA — woven into us, yearning to become far more than the carnal appetites of the world would have us settle for.
This is why identity matters. The world robs us of who we are, beating us down with lies that life must be hard, that we must settle for less. But Christ restores us. His question still stands: Do you know who you are?
The Carnal Man Reframed
For years, I read Mosiah 3:19 as if the “natural man” had to die — the enemy of God. But I see more clearly now: the natural man is not destroyed but disciplined.
As Saint Francis of Assisi put it, “I care for Brother Donkey so I can ride him, not so he can ride me.” The carnal nature, properly trained, becomes servant instead of master. Like an athlete rising above the couch
potato, mastery comes not through indulgence or annihilation, but through stewardship of body, mind, and spirit.
The Divine Pattern (3Hs)
Even Christ faced the choice between worldly kingdoms and the will of the Father. He chose infinite increase — becoming not only Redeemer, but Exalter. Through His Atonement, He opened the way for us to become as He is: children of light, sons and daughters of God, filled with truth and intelligence, called to walk on water with Him.
This transformation unfolds in three realms:
- Heart — mastering self, receiving His light, yielding to the still small voice.
- Home — creating heaven within your walls, filling your household with light and love.
- Housetops — sharing His peace and power openly, building Zion together.
This is the Lord’s business — to exalt His children, to empower them to receive all that He has. If it is His work, should it not also be ours?
From Sinking to Lifted
Lifted by His grace, we are called to lift others. To take His yoke is to live His word — becoming His hand to heal, strengthen, and build.
It is easier to emulate than to imitate. Receiving and living His teachings is not mere imitation, but transformation — unto transmutation. Not coddling, but becoming:
from sinking to lifted, from striving alone to walking with Him — not just in form, but in power.
You are, that you might have the fullness of joy — living in harmony with His teachings as a son or daughter of God. Even as He was one with the Father, so may you be one in Him.
But this requires more than reading or memorizing scripture. It is to seek light, and to receive it by putting it to work. This purges the soul with the fire of Love and crowns it with the gift of Truth.
God is a being of light and truth — pure intelligence. And He has prepared a way for you to live, even as He lives.
